2008 PMA in Monterey, CA

The 2008 PMA Foodservice Conference in Monterey, CA July 25-27 was a great success.  PMA was excited to host Iron Chef's Cat Cora, and Top Chef's Tom Colecchio as speakers for the Sunday morning session.  Both chefs enjoyed exploring the conference floor, sampling the many fruits and vegetables upon display and meeting the participating companies.
